Hi Thakur. This is Yu from Docs.com engineering. Thank you for leaving your idea. Could you please elaborate a little bit to better understand why you want to have these different styles?
Thank you for describing your needs. I totally understood. Let us track the item in our backlog. Thank you!
Thank you Thakur for describing what you want to have. I understood but we don't have any plan to allow you to easily make e-commerce page using Sway or Journal so far. Please use 3rd party services and add them as a weblink to your collection. Thanks for your understanding.
I appreciate if you can share your Docs.com URL.
Thank you Darrel for your feedback.
Let me use the post for allowing you to import existing posts on other platforms. For the remaining feedback, let me use the following posts respectively. I’d also appreciate if you could suggest which platform we should support first.

Thank you for the feedback. Let us use the following separate post for getting feedback on this.
Hi. I’m Yu, Program Manager in Docs.com team. Thank you for using Docs.com. Could I double check what your questions are? Are you asking about whether or not you can (re)use the same user name on Docs.com if I sign-up again?
Hi Cherry. I'm sorry that I might not be able to understand what you want to say. Could I ask you to elaborate the issue a bit? Thank you for your patience.
Hi. Let me answer your question.
1. You can create another Docs.com account with the same address
2. No. You can reuse the same account as I noted above.
3. You don't necessarily create Docs.com account if you don't use Docs.com.
Hi Jim. Thank you for your feedback.
Deliverable 631525:Word: Enable Cross-reference
Thank you Jim. I'll push this again to Word team. Again, thank you for using Docs.com and thank you for your understanding.
Hi. I talked with Word team about the topic and it turns out Word Online doesn't support the field-feature-based bookmark yet. Instead, they'd recommend you to just use Hyperlink which you can insert by Hyperlink feature. (this works properly on Word online) Please let me know if you have any reason to use the bookmark rather than hyperlink.
I see! Thank you for your clarification. Now I understand what happened. It looks like Word Online doesn't support bookmark. We'll contact to Word team and keep you posted.
Hi Mike. Thank you for using Docs.com. I’m Yu, Program Manager in Docs.com team. As of now, there is no way to remove the date. Could you tell us why you want to remove this? I’d appreciate if you could share your thoughts in order for us to properly prioritize the feedback. Thank you in advance.
Thank you for your feedback!
I see. I totally got your request. Thank you for your prompt reply. Let me retitle this to clearly indicate what it means. Thank you!
Hi. I’m Yu, Program Manager in Docs.com team. Thank you for your feedback. However, it looks like Sway can be opened both with FireFox and Edge as far as I’m testing right now. Can you please try opening this again? There might have been an intermittent issue. Thank you.
Hi. After some conversation with Sway team, it turns out that Firefox for Linux Mint hasn't been officially supported (actually Chrome for Linux Mint neither) yet. As it works fine with Chrome for Linux Mint, could you please use Chrome for now. We might expand the supported browsers but this is just not yet supported. Thank you for your understanding.
Good news. Thank you for trying this out. Let us keep this thread for Linux Mint issue.
Thank you and we're really sorry for the trouble. Can I ask you to try opening this with Chrome for Android as I've asked below? Additionally, clearing web cache from Android default browser would help the issue solved.
Additionally, could we ask you to try opening the page with Chrome for Android?
Hi. We tested with Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.5 S (Android 4.4.2) and confirmed its Android default browser properly renders the page. Would it be possible to ask 1) try it again and 2) tell us the Android version if it still doesn't work? Thank you.
Thanks. We'll investigate. Much appreciated.
Thank you for feedback (again). Just to double check, you can't open this page https://docs.com/BoyleND with the default Android browser on Samsung Tablet. Correct? if so, could you please tell us the following things?
1. What's error message shown?
2. What exactly the device are you using? (is it Galaxy Tablet or something?)
Would it be possible for you to ask what's shown on the FIrefox? Was the loading Sway NOT completed?
Thanks a lot! Let us investigate with Firefox on Linux Mint.
Thank you for your feedback. Do you expect to be able to see your follower’s contents in the feed? or this can be global (meaning all people view the same thing).
Thank you Roland for your great suggestion. Let me share this out to whole Docs.com team.
We're going to consider adding some kind of "Discover" feature based on your feedback. Please directly contact to firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to directly communicate with Docs.com team for your more thoughts.
Thank you for feedback and sorry for my delayed response. It sounds like a great idea!
Thank you all for your votes and comments. We're going to properly prioritize the item. As a workaround, you can add the link of sub-collection as a link. Please use this workaround until we implement this feature.
Thank you for your feedback!
I see. Thank you for your clarification. Let us retitle the post in order for us to easily prioritize the feedback.
Hi Liam. Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like a good idea. We’ll let you know once we do this.
