2. No. You can reuse the same account as I noted above.
3. You don't necessarily create Docs.com account if you don't use Docs.com.

Hi. I talked with Word team about the topic and it turns out Word Online doesn't support the field-feature-based bookmark yet. Instead, they'd recommend you to just use Hyperlink which you can insert by Hyperlink feature. (this works properly on Word online) Please let me know if you have any reason to use the bookmark rather than hyperlink.

Hi. After some conversation with Sway team, it turns out that Firefox for Linux Mint hasn't been officially supported (actually Chrome for Linux Mint neither) yet. As it works fine with Chrome for Linux Mint, could you please use Chrome for now. We might expand the supported browsers but this is just not yet supported. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you and we're really sorry for the trouble. Can I ask you to try opening this with Chrome for Android as I've asked below? Additionally, clearing web cache from Android default browser would help the issue solved.

Hi. We tested with Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.5 S (Android 4.4.2) and confirmed its Android default browser properly renders the page. Would it be possible to ask 1) try it again and 2) tell us the Android version if it still doesn't work? Thank you.

1. What's error message shown?
2. What exactly the device are you using? (is it Galaxy Tablet or something?)
Would it be possible for you to ask what's shown on the FIrefox? Was the loading Sway NOT completed?
